What subscribers get

The title number

For every match, so you can order the official title register from HM Land Registry. One click copies it for you.

The insolvency

Administration, compulsory liquidation or creditors' voluntary liquidation, and when it started.

Price paid and date acquired

Where HM Land Registry records them, plus region, county and district.

Filters and CSV export

By region, insolvency type and date, across the full list.

Kept current

Cases that end come off the list the next day. New titles are added each month.

Where they are

Freehold titles currently listed, by region.

Why there are no addresses

We don't publish property addresses. Subscribers get the HM Land Registry title number for each property, and order the official title register — which gives the address, the registered owner and any charges — directly from HM Land Registry. It costs £7 per register and takes a few minutes. Here's how.

What's covered

TitleWatch is a research tool. It shows which properties are held by companies in insolvency. It doesn't broker sales, value property, or put you in touch with owners.
